Dean Mandaleris

Dean joined ECS in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. 

In his role, he oversees all aspects of the finance & accounting functions and works closely with departmental management throughout the company to drive strategic and operational growth.

Prior to ECS, he was with Service Logic for six years, serving in numerous leadership roles at their corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC. Before Service Logic, Dean served as an M&A consultant for Alvarez & Marsal, advising large strategic and private equity clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions.  He began his career in public accounting with EY and is a licensed CPA.

Dean earned his Bachelor of Commerce & Business Administration and Master of Accountancy degrees from the University of Alabama.
