Jason Benson

Jason Benson began his career in the construction and mechanical industries in 1998 as a draftsman at IBP Inc., where he was later promoted to Designer. 

In 2003, he relocated to Florida with his wife and expanded his project leadership experience as an Assistant Project Manager with Comfort Systems, followed by roles as a Project Manager with Comfort Systems, Peaden, and Gallo Mechanical, where he gained extensive hands-on project management expertise. Jason joined Engineered Cooling Services in 2017 as a Project Manager and was promoted in 2020 to Large Projects Division Manager. He currently serves as Vice President of Projects, bringing a hands-on approach to project leadership with a strong sense of ownership over outcomes. His focus has been on strengthening execution through improved coordination between field operations, project management, and administration. Jason leads with consistency, accountability, and a people-first mindset, supporting his teams while making decisions with long-term impact in mind.
