Russ Brock

Russ Brock joined the U.S. Navy in 1995, where he quickly developed an interest in HVAC. After being honorably discharged in 1999, he continued his career in the HVAC industry with Williams Trane. 

In 2003, Russ joined Engineered Cooling Services as a Service Technician, and by 2005 he advanced into a Service Manager role, working closely with customers on a daily basis. In 2010, he transitioned into sales position as a Projects and Maintenance Sales Representative, where he has built strong business relationships and lifelong friendships throughout the industry.  In 2026, Russ was promoted to Vice President of Sales, where he continues to be a trusted advisor to customers and a mentor to a new generation of projects and maintenance sales representatives.
