Meet Engineered Cooling Services’ Executive Team
Pete Doyle
President
In 2002, after 20 years in the HVAC industry, Pete formed Engineered Cooling Services. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Dayton School of Engineering. Prior to Engineered Cooling, Pete worked for the Trane Company’s Mobile, AL franchise as Vice President of Commercial Service and as President of Global Heat Exchange Service.
Drew Adams
Chief Operating Officer
Drew Adams joined ECS in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer,where his main responsibilities encompassed accounting and purchasing. As the company continued to grow, his role expanded into information technology, administrative operations, customer services and human resources. Drew assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2018. In his role as COO, Drew is involved in company-wide planning and initiatives to promote ECS as a leading commercial HVAC company. Drew is a graduate of Florida State University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance.
Ray Rodriguez
Executive Vice President
Ray has 30+ years in the HVAC industry with an industrial process background. He has held the title of Branch Manager for Carrier in Baton Rouge, LA and worked for Trane Company’s Mobile, AL franchise. In 2002 Ray came to work for Engineered Cooling Services and assumed the role of Vice President.
Bobby Marcus PE
V.P. Controls Division
After 30+ years of experience, Bobby Marcus assumed the role of V.P. Controls Division at Engineered Cooling in 2018. Bobby attended the University of California in Santa Barbara and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Alabama. His career began as an Energy Engineer with Texas Instruments in Dallas, Texas. Bobby then worked as Service Operations Manager for Siemens in Atlanta, Georgia for ten years before opening the Siemens office Pensacola. Prior to his role at ECS, Bobby held the title of Branch Manager at Siemens for 23 years. Bobby serves on the Board of Directors for the Northwest Florida Chapters of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers) and USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council).
Tom Martin
Vice President of Sales
Tom has over 25 years of sales and sales management experience in the HVAC industry and is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He joined the Engineered Cooling team in 2014 as Sales Manager and assumed his current role as Vice President of Sales in 2018. Tom manages the project sales engineers and maintenance sales representatives, and he is responsible for setting and achieving the sales goals at ECS.
